Problem & who it’s for

Enterprises automate analytics but not decisions. The step from “the system recommends” to “the system acts” has no governance layer: no earned autonomy, no guardrails, no audit trail — so either humans stay a bottleneck or automation runs unaccountable.

Offer & core workflow

SHEPORD authorizes and operates decisions: it takes governed decision packages, applies autonomy and human-in-the-loop gates, executes within explicit guardrails, and records receipts for every action. Workflow: decision package in → authority check → execute or escalate → receipt and outcome out.

What exists now

• Decision engine with autonomy/HIL gate logic implemented and test-covered.
• Decision cases and guardrail scenarios exercised in a controlled simulation harness.
• Investor pitch and product demo materials prepared.

Next milestones

• Complete the governed receipt/read-back contract into RETILYX.
• Activate BoardRA settings packages through the production gate.
• Launch the first external pilot and establish outcome evidence.
