Organizations discuss replacing roles before they understand the work inside them. A job must be decomposed into observable tasks, systems, handoffs and human checkpoints before automation can be reviewed responsibly.

Offer & core workflow

Deputed is intended to combine Process or Task Mining with pinned AllJobs task and capability evidence. Its canonical output is a versioned Work Decomposition Map with provenance, assumptions, systems, handoffs, AI-now/hybrid/human-required classification, confidence, checkpoints and acceptance criteria; the visual map is a projection of that artifact.

What exists now

• Profile and team-memory prototype assets with source connectors.
• Existing Work Skill and Persona generation assets that may inform later decomposition research.

• Define and approve the versioned Work Decomposition Map contract.
• Build and test the Process/Task Mining and AllJobs evidence pipeline.
