Agentic Commerce Availability varies by product

Role in Valnative AI OS for Retail

Connect merchants to agent commerce

This is one component of the platform. A working product does not establish that every cross-product handoff or retailer integration is available.

Inputs and outputs

Inputs: Merchant catalogs and advisor or commerce connections.

Outputs: Agent-ready commerce interfaces; each connection has its own status.

Problem & who it’s for

Agent-driven purchasing protocols are settling fast, but merchant catalogs are not agent-readable: less than 1% of product pages are usable by an AI buyer. Merchants face a new channel with no rails.

Offer & core workflow

AgraPlace runs the buy-side loop — intent → evaluation → supervised approval → handoff — over MCP and REST, with a merchant console and attribution. Every recommendation carries evidence.

What exists now

  • Bounded end-to-end runs on test catalogs of 500k+ SKUs.
  • commerce_* MCP tools and /agent/v1 REST surface; merchant console.
  • A test suite of roughly 2,400 tests.

Next milestones

  • Launch the first merchant pilots and validate GMV and channel economics.
  • Validate the SHEPORD commerce-channel proposition through a bounded pilot.

Connections in the platform

Directional value exchanges with explicit implementation status, separating current capability from the roadmap.
